The Cliffs adds three to executive leadership team
April 12, 2018The Cliffs is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its executive leadership team: John Garcia as director of sales operations, Lauren Buckland as director of sales administration and Morgan Eldridge as director of marketing and creative services.
Garcia assists in leading and managing the operations of the Cliffs Land Partners sales force. He works closely with the vice president of real estate development in managing all Cliffs Land inventory and is an active member of several of The Cliffs’ architecture review boards and property owner associations. Garcia has more than 20 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage and development.
Buckland joined The Cliffs in 2008 after graduating from Clemson University. In her new role, she assists with the day-to-day operations for all of The Cliffs’ real estate offices managing the administrative staff, coordinating and executing sales events, and she provides support to Kent Smith, president and managing partner of Cliffs Land Partners.
Eldridge brings to The Cliffs more than 20 years of experience in the luxury real estate industry. Prior to joining the team, he served as vice president or director of marketing for the developers of Kiawah Island, Christophe Harbour on St. Kitts, and Doonbeg Golf Club in County Clare, Ireland; Pronghorn in Bend, Oregon; Tahoe Mountain Resorts communities in Northern California; and the Village at Wild Dunes on the coast near Charleston, South Carolina. Eldridge works closely with The Cliffs Vice President of Marketing Amy Anderson.
