Clinton Jr. Tennis Program Competes in Palmetto Championship Tournament

The Clinton Jr Tennis Program (CJTP) had a strong showing in the Palmetto Championships over the Memorial Day weekend. Ten CJTP players competed in the 65th annual tennis tournament that highlights the best junior players in the state.
Ike Waldron and Anders Orr competed in the boys 18U division. Connor Donley competed in the boys 16U division. MC Dailey and Maggie LeCroy (of the Belton clinic) competed in the girls 16U division. Chandler Dailey, Erin Donley, and Kimora Wesley competed in the girls 14U division. Edwin Orr competed in the boys 14U division. Libby Dailey competed in the girls 12U division. Connor, MC, Erin, Chandler, and Libby played singles and doubles.
Connor and his doubles partner had the best results for the program, as they made it to the semifinals before losing in a tiebreaker. As always, the players demonstrated sportsmanship and represented the program well.
