Close joins Morton & Gettys as an associate

Claude Close has joined Morton & Gettys as an associate. He will focus his practice on real estate and commercial law.
Close is a 2017 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. While earning his degree, he served as a law clerk for two summers at Morton & Gettys. He also served as a legal intern for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge David M. Warren for the Eastern District of North Carolina and as a legal extern for the UNC Athletic Department.
He graduated in 2014 from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in sports and entertainment management.
