Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine Greenville Welcomes Lakin Parr

GREENVILLE, SC – Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine welcomes Lakin Parr as a new commercial sales associate in the Greenville office.
Prior to his sales associate role, Lakin completed an internship learning about each commercial department at Caine. His duties spanned from filing, managing the front desk and attending listing appointments, showings and closings with his Mentor. This experience allowed him to fully understand how commercial real estate transactions are conducted. Lakin graduated from High Point University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
As a local Eagle Scout, Lakin likes being involved in the community. He is currently a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) and the Commerce Club of Greenville. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, riding motocross, and exploring the general outdoors.
