The Augusta-Aiken market has bucked the national industrial market’s construction trend with just 1,656,774 square feet of new product in five buildings since Q3 of 2021. In that time, the market has posted 1,288,958 square feet of net absorption as inventory remains concentrated in 2nd and 3rd generation manufacturing spaces.
