Colliers brings Venture X coworking space to Columbia market

Colliers | South Carolina’s Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in the lease of a ±17,179-square-foot office space at 1901 Main Street in Downtown Columbia to Venture X.
Venture X®, an award-winning provider of flexible workspace solutions, includes private offices, conference rooms, virtual offices and a community lounge and cafe area. With 47 coworking locations in the United States, including Charleston, Greenville and Fort Mill, South Carolina, Venture X®- Downtown Columbia will provide premium flexible workspace solutions to freelancers, entrepreneurs, small businesses and enterprise corporations.

Jason and Kimberly Rickman, owners of the Downtown Columbia location, are experienced small business entrepreneurs with a background in finance, real estate and construction management.

Venture X – Downtown Columbia is slated to open in January 2025.
