Colliers brokers lease for South Carolina Hospital Association at Center Point Office Park in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) in the leasing of 7,141 square feet of office space at 2000 Center Point Road in Columbia. Roe also represented the landlord, Centerpoint Holdings LLC.
SCHA will be moving from 1000 Center Point Road and has hired Roe and Wilkerson to market its building for sale.
The Center Point Office Park is Columbia’s preeminent Class A park located in the St. Andrews submarket of Columbia. 2000 Center Point offers best-in-class, high-end office amenities including a conference/training center, walking trails, outdoor patio areas, an on-site fitness center along with on-site maintenance and property management services.
