Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services division welcomes Property Manager

Colliers International announced the addition of Josh Eig as a Property Manager in the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division in Columbia. As Property Manager, Eig is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of real estate assets, addressing all aspects of management, including both physical and financial stewardship of the properties.
“Colliers is excited to have Josh join our REMS department in Columbia,” says Debbie Lane, Senior Vice President of REMS | South Carolina. “He brings expertise in managing and improving real estate properties and will help our team to continue to serve our clients’ needs on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.”
Eig began his commercial property management career in the DC metropolitan area.
