Colliers International announces the opening of Pitas Mediterranean Restaurant in the Bank of America Plaza

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International announced the opening of Pitas Mediterranean Restaurant in the Bank of America Plaza, located at 1901 Main Street. Allen Wilkerson, a brokerage associate of Colliers, represented the landlord, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, in the transaction.
Pitas Mediterranean Restaurant offers an authentic mediterranean atmosphere, with a breakfast and lunch menu that is fresh, homemade and 100% authentic. Pitas’ Grand Opening in the Bank of America Plaza will be on Friday, November 14 at 2pm. Tim Amerson, Chief Financial Officer of AgFirst Farm Credit Bank will be on hand for the ribbon cutting.
The Bank of America Plaza is a 303,156 square foot Class A LEED Gold Certified office tower located in Columbia’s central business district. The building is leased and managed by Colliers International. Shelly Pyle is the property manager.
Allen Wilkerson serves as Colliers International’s associate in charge of leasing the Bank of America Plaza. Wilkerson is a member of the Colliers International Office Brokerage Team.
LCK provided project management services for the improvements to the restaurant. Brian Davis, LEED AP BD+C, senior project manager, oversaw the project.
