Colliers International attracts another tenant to Synergy Executive Park

Office park continues to build momentum from growing interest in the St. Andrews submarket
Colliers International’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in leasing 12,028 square feet of office space in Synergy Executive Park. The new tenant is EnergySolutions, an international waste management company that specializes in the safe recycling, processing and disposal of nuclear material and integrated nuclear services.
This lease marks the completion of over 45,000 square feet of leases at Synergy Executive Park in 2016 alone. The complex continues to make changes that have increased its standing in the market, including significant building enhancements made by building ownership. In addition to the renovations, Synergy has actively pursued businesses coming to the St. Andrews submarket, looking for proximity to downtown, affordable rent and free parking. As Columbia’s Central Business District continues to tighten, the interest in St. Andrews is poised to accelerate. The steps taken be Synergy’s ownership will position the Park well in the market for years to come.
