Colliers International brings Pitas Mediterranean Restaurant to the Bank of America Plaza

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson negotiated a lease to bring Pitas Mediterranean Restaurant, at the Bank of America Plaza, located at 1901 Main Street. Wilkerson represented the landlord, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, in the transaction.
The Bank of America Plaza will be the second Pitas location in Columbia. Pitas will pair its traditional Mediterranean food with new items at the Bank of America Plaza. Everything on the Pitas menu is fresh, homemade and 100% authentic. Pitas is expected to open its new location in July 2014.
The Bank of America Plaza is a 303,156 square foot Class A LEED Gold Certified office tower located in Columbia’s central business district. The building is leased and property managed by Colliers International.
Allen Wilkerson serves as Colliers International’s associate in charge of leasing the Bank of America Plaza. Wilkerson is a brokerage associate of Colliers International and a member of the Colliers International Office Brokerage Team. Wilkerson represents owners of office properties in the sale and leasing of office properties.
