Colliers International brokers $3.3 million sale of warehouse in Hanahan, SC

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Simons Johnson, CCIM, MCR, SIOR and Peter Fennelly, MCR, SIOR, SLCR have completed the sale of an 80,000 square foot industrial warehouse at 916 Commerce Circle in Hanahan, SC. Colliers International represented the seller, Natcharleston, LLC, in the transaction, which totaled approximately $3.325 million.

Johnson is a Principal of Colliers International in Charleston and specializes in corporate tenant representation for industrial users. Fennelly is the Market President of Colliers International in Charleston and has brought a number of office and industrial developers to the area.
