Colliers International brokers multiple lease renewals at Synergy Executive Park

Campaign to reinvigorate the St. Andrews office park wins the renewed loyalty of current tenants

Colliers International’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in the renewals of two leases at Synergy Executive Park. The tenants, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Kelly Services, Inc., both renewed leases for suites at 250 Berryhill Road, the largest building in the office park.

Synergy Executive Park is located in the St. Andrews submarket, which has seen growing office demand due to its proximity to downtown Columbia. With more affordable rents and free parking, the St. Andrews market has been gaining significant interest from tenants and investors alike.

The Synergy ownership is investing in significant building improvements to accommodate the needs of businesses flocking to the St. Andrews market. These renovations are contributing to the submarket’s increased desirability with office tenants.
