Colliers International brokers new lease for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee at Synergy Executive Park

Colliers International brokered a lease for 6,700 square feet of office space at 250 Berryhill Road to the Office of the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the District Court of South Carolina. Colliers’ Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord, Hudson Americas, and Philip Vann represented the tenant in the transaction.

This lease marks another commitment to Synergy Executive Park, which has seen renewed interest from tenants after significant building improvements made by the ownership. The renovations are designed to better accommodate the needs of businesses flocking to the St. Andrews market for its proximity to downtown, affordable rent and free parking.

Roe, Wilkerson and Vann are all members of the Colliers office brokerage team. Roe, a Vice President, and Wilkerson, a Brokerage Associate, specialize in corporate and landlord consulting services and representation of clients in the leasing and sale of office properties. Vann, a Brokerage Associate, specializes in tenant advisory services.
