Colliers International brokers office lease for more than 11,000 square feet at Bank of America Plaza

Total Quality Logistics Services, LLC to open Columbia office location
COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson negotiated an 11,312 square foot lease to bring Total Quality Logistics Services, LLC to Bank of America Plaza, located at 1901 Main Street. Wilkerson represented the landlord, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, in the transaction.
The new Total Quality Logistics (TQL) office will be one of three locations in South Carolina, and the only in Columbia. The 303,156 square foot Class A building has the highest office tower occupancy in Columbia at 97%.
Wilkerson serves as Colliers International’s associate in charge of leasing Bank of America Plaza. Wilkerson is a brokerage associate of Colliers International and a member of the Colliers International Office Brokerage Team. Wilkerson represents clients in the leasing and sale of office properties.
