Colliers International brokers retail lease for Red Skye Wireless in Greenville, SC

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard, Jon Selfridge and Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM brokered a lease at 2107 Augusta Street located in Greenville, South Carolina. The Colliers retail team represented the tenant Red Skye Wireless, LLC, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, in the lease of the 2,005 square feet retail space from KOB Enterprises, LLC.
