Colliers International brokers sale of former Faurecia manufacturing facility in Spartanburg, SC for $3.5 million

Transaction facilitated by Colliers’ global relationship with seller Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies and purchaser Reger Holdings.
A Colliers International team of industrial specialists consisting of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Givens Stewart, SIOR, Sam Myers, Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall completed the sale of 2651 New Cut Road in Spartanburg, SC. Colliers represented the seller, Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies, LLC, and the purchaser, Reger Holdings, LLC.
Faurecia is a major player in the global automotive industry, renowned for the manufacturing of automotive seating, interior systems, automotive exteriors and emissions control technologies. In Spartanburg, Faurecia is an important supplier for BMW, although the company works with a number of major automakers globally. Colliers International is the global real estate services provider to Faurecia which has 238 production facilities and 38 research/development centers in 33 countries.
2651 New Cut Road, a 133,240 square-foot industrial property, will be added to Reger Holdings’ Carolina Industrial Properties portfolio. Colliers has been assigned the leasing and management for the property.
