- Craig Waites represented Circle K Stores, Inc. in the sale of 1.24 acres of land at 7728 Broad River Road in Irmo, SC for $700,000 to Eagles Nest Properties, LLC.
- Mary Winter Teaster represented RBMC Properties, LLC in the sale of The Bryant House at 1715 Pickens Street for $405,000 to EFG, Inc.
Greenville, SC
- Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson represented Second Half Properties LLC in the purchase of the 20,453-square-foot office building at 603 High Tech Court in Greer, SC for $1.14 million from Rushing-Marlowe Properties, Inc.
- Frank Hammond, CCIM represented Young Properties, Inc. in the sale of a 4.74-acre parcel at 905 Laurens Road for $540,000 to Stratton Hills Properties LLC.
- Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall represented Tristone Flowtech Group in the lease of the 215,000-square-foot industrial build-to-suit on Manufacturers Boulevard in Mooresville, NC from Suncap Property Group.
