  • Chuck Salley, SIOR; Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented RH Bluff Park, LLC in the lease of 14,7000 square feet industrial space at 1020 Idlewilde Blvd., Ste F to Vertical Manufacturing, LLC.
  • Chuck Salley, SIOR; Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented the landlord in the lease of 107,000 square feet of industrial space at 2630 Highway 15, Ste 1 to Kent International.

  • Allen Wilkerson and Will Choate represented the landlord, First Community Bank, and Craig Waites and Braxton Taylor represented LTC Associates in the lease of office space at 1213 Lady Street.
