Colliers International helps South Carolina HIV/AIDS Council procure a new home

Colliers International’s Mary Winter Teaster and Philip Vann represented the South Carolina HIV/AIDS Council (SCHAC) in the leasing of 7,850 square feet of office space at 1813 Laurel Street.
SCHAC is an organization dedicated to the reduction of the spread of HIV/STI’s and other health disparities. The agency has worked in Columbia and South Carolina for 22 years, with their programs focused on combating stigma through community engagement, prevention, education, advocacy and treatment services. A core belief of SCHAC is that an informed community is the best defense against the spread of these diseases. SCHAC extends quality healthcare to those at risk in a non-judgmental atmosphere. The agency and its initiatives are supported in part by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the South Carolina Department of Public Health.
Teaster, a Senior Brokerage Associate, and Vann, a Brokerage Associate, are both members of the Carolinas Office Brokerage Team. Teaster specializes in lease and sales transactions of office and medical properties, and Vann specializes in tenant advisory services.
