Colliers International leases 44,479 square feet to Qualex Manufacturing

Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Carolina Industrial Properties in a five-year lease of approximately 44,479 square feet of industrial space in Ridgeway, South Carolina to Qualex Manufacturing, LLC.
“With Trane expanding in the Northeast Columbia market, Qualex needed to find space in close proximity to serve them as a supplier,” said Chuck Salley, Vice President & Director of Industrial Brokerage Team in Colliers International | South Carolina’s Columbia office. “We were able to work with Qualex to find a space that suited their needs in terms in location, infrastructure and budget.”
30 Commerce Boulevard is a ±67,491-square-foot industrial facility located in Ridgeway, South Carolina on ±9.62 acres just a half mile from I-77. Approximately 23,012 square feet currently remains available for lease.
