Colliers International professionals receive the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Commercial Brokers Circle of Excellence Awards

COLUMBIA, SC – The Central Carolina REALTORS® Association announced the top 2014 commercial real estate producers and special award winners at its annual Circle of Excellence Awards ceremony, and twelve Colliers International professionals were among those recognized as the leading commercial real estate producers.
The top production winners from Colliers International included Chuck Salley, SIOR, who was named the overall Top Producer for 2014, and Henry Roe, who was named the Top Leasing Agent.
Twelve Colliers associates were named to the CCRA Circle of Excellence, which honors REALTORS® who have achieved superior production levels during 2014. There are three levels to the Circle of Excellence, denoting the level of success achieved by the associate in 2014.
The Gold Level, the highest award given by CCRA, was awarded to Henry Roe, Chuck Salley, SIOR, Rox Pollard, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Henry Moore, CCIM and Marsha Davis, SIOR.
The Silver Level included Tripp Bradley, CCIM, Tommy Johnson, Woody Moore, CCIM and Craig Waites.
The Bronze Level recipients were Pendleton Grove and J.P. Scurry, CCIM.
Woody Moore won the 2014 CCRA Transaction of the Year Award for his work in the redevelopment of Rosewood Crossing, a former Kmart shopping center that is currently undergoing major renovations and will introduce new tenants, including Marshalls, Michaels Crafts and PetSmart, to the Devine Street/Garners Ferry commercial corridor.
The Central Carolina REALTORS® Association is comprised of approximately 1,100 commercial and residential REALTORS® in the Midlands of South Carolina.
