Colliers International provides the Department of Juvenile Justice with more efficient space

Colliers International’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in a full building lease totaling 49,550 square feet of office space at Synergy Executive Park. The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice will be the newest addition to the park and will be relocating its office operations to Synergy in order to create greater department efficiencies. The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice is a state cabinet agency with the Director having been nominated by the Governor and confirmed by the South Carolina Senate.
“We look forward to welcoming the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice office operations to Synergy Executive Park,” said Roe, Vice President. “The Department of Juvenile Justice believes the size and location of the offices at Synergy Executive Park will be more efficient for Department oversight and streamlining its day to day government operations.” The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice had previously been located in multiple offices buildings in northwest Richland County.
