Colliers International selected to manage office and retail space at Midtown on King Street in downtown Charleston, South Carolina

Colliers International has expanded its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) portfolio to include approximately 37,000 square feet of office and retail space at Midtown, in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
Midtown, which is situated at the corner of King and Spring streets, is steps away from many culinary and retail experiences. Midtown offers up to 6,200 square feet of ground level retail space fronting King Street, as well as an opportunity to lease up to 14,000 square feet of Class A office space. The space also offers a 3,462 square-foot rooftop restaurant/bar opportunity. Emily Baio will serve as Property Manager for the owner, Regent/BN Charleston Holdings, LLC.
Baio works with office, retail, and industrial properties in Charleston, South Carolina and across the Lowcountry, and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a diverse commercial real etate portfolio.
