Colliers International | South Carolina announced the recipient of the 2017 Walter M. Keenan Award and the Top Producers of 2017. These annual awards recognize the company’s leading commercial real estate brokerage associates across the state. The highest producer earns the distinction of receiving the Walter M. Keenan Award, which is named for the firm’s patriarch.
The winner of the 2017 Walter M. Keenan Award is Garrett Scott, Vice President of Colliers International’s office in Greenville. He specializes in the leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties across the Upstate. With his seasoned experience in both brokerage and development and with a proven track record of providing innovative solutions to meet corporate objectives, Scott offers an advantage that industrial clients seek.
