Colliers International, South Carolina announces brokerage associate promotions for 2018

Colliers International | South Carolina announced the promotions of many of its successful brokerage associates. The firm has named Tripp Bradley and Garrett Scott as Vice Presidents of the firm. Colliers also named Richard Barrett, MCR, Scottie Smith, Tommy Tapp and Allen Wilkerson as Senior Brokerage Associates. These promotions are reflective of their respective successes in serving their clients and their leadership among the Colliers brokerage team.

Bradley, a retail land and user property specialist, has over 14 years of experience and has been consistently recognized in the commercial real estate community, receiving the Colliers International | South Carolina Transaction of the Year Award in 2011 and 2012 and the Colliers Production Award in 2011, 2014 and 2016.

Scott specializes in the leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties. After 27 years of running an industrial development firm, he transitioned to brokerage and advisory services, focusing on industrial properties. He is responsible for over 20 million square feet of vertical development of Class A industrial space, including manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment and e-commerce-related build-to-suit facilities.

Barrett specializes in flex office and industrial properties; Smith specializes in retail properties; Tapp is a retail and user property specialist; and Wilkerson is an office property specialist.
