Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce the recipient of the 2016 Walter M. Keenan Award and the Top Producers of 2016. These annual production awards recognize the company’s leading 
brokerage associates across the state, with the winner of the Walter M. Keenan Award earning the top spot.
The winner of the 2016 Walter M. Keenan Award was Peter Fennelly, MCR, SIOR, SLCR, Market Leader of Colliers International’s office in Charleston. He focuses on the leasing of office and industrial properties in the Charleston market and represents both landlords and tenants. Fennelly has an insatiable desire to achieve, reminiscent of the award’s namesake, and he was responsible for producing one of the highest transactional volumes in the company’s history.
