Colliers International Welcomes Linda Wheeler to its Property Management Team

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International announces the addition of Linda Wheeler, CPM, to its commercial property management team. Wheeler will serve as property manager for office, retail and industrial properties in the Upstate.

Her presence will enhance our ability to deliver high quality management services for our clients and tenants,” said Brett Earp, CCIM, Vice President, Property Management Services | South Carolina.
Prior to joining Colliers, Wheeler was responsible for management of over 1.3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Wheeler, who received her bachelor of business administration with a major in marketing from Stetson University, also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is active at the state and national levels of both the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and IREM.
Colliers International, an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) through IREM, is the largest manager of commercial property in South Carolina with offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville. Colliers employs 18 property managers with an average of over 16 years of property management experience, 33 support personnel and 27 maintenance technicians.
