Colliers International welcomes Nicole Perkins and Marshall Rowe to accounting team

Colliers International announced that Nicole Perkins and Marshall Rowe have joined the accounting team in Columbia.
Perkins, a Senior Property Accountant, is responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for clients’ commercial real estate properties managed by Colliers International | South Carolina, as well as providing leadership and guidance to other property accountants. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. Prior to joining Colliers, she gained over a decade of experience in auditing and financial reporting, working for a variety of clients including manufacturing and distribution companies, financial institutions and healthcare providers.
Rowe, a Property Accountant, began his career as an accounting intern with Colliers | South Carolina, and has now joined the team full-time after graduating from Midlands Technical College. As a property accountant, he will also be responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for assigned properties from Colliers | South Carolina’s commercial real estate property management portfolio.
