Colliers International Welcomes Peggy Jewell to its Property Management Team

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International announces the addition of Peggy Jewell, CPM, to its commercial property management team. Jewell will serve as property manager for The Tower at 1301 Gervais and 1441 Main.

Jewell possesses over 20 years of office property management experience and prior to joining Colliers, Jewell served as Senior Property Manager, with an emphasis on high rise office buildings, for a property management firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jewell acquired the LEED Green Associate designation in 2011. She is a two-time recipient of the CPM of the Year Award from the Western North Carolina Chapter of IREM and a recipient of the Cousins Mid-Atlantic Region’s Best Budget Award. Additionally, she is a former President of the Western North Carolina Chapter of IREM.
