Colliers promotes Cate Smolinsky to Senior Marketing Coordinator in its Charleston office

Colliers | South Carolina announces that Cate Smolinsky has been promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator in the firm’s Charleston office.
Smolinsky joined Colliers in 2019 as a Marketing Coordinator to lead Colliers’ marketing initiatives in the Charleston market. She works with industrial, investment, land, office and retail brokerage teams, specializing in property marketing strategies, graphic design, proposal writing, social media and more.
“In Cate’s almost three years with Colliers, she has helped grow the Colliers brand in the Charleston market and in the state,” said Liz McCary, Vice President of Marketing for Colliers | South Carolina. “She has played a vital role in winning new business, implementing property marketing campaigns, planning company and community events and building client relationships. Smolinsky serves on the Board of Directors and as Communications Co-Chair for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Palmetto Chapter. Within the company, she participates on the committee for the Colliers/LCK annual United Way giving campaign. She graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and completed the Commercial Property Marketing Certification program through Colliers University in 2019.
