Community Volunteers Give Face Lift to Laurens Memorial Home

Members of American Legion Post # 25, volunteers from Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy, and the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office worked to help make repairs needed and help seniors at Laurens Memorial Home for Aging.

County Councilman Luke Rankin and Rep. Stewart Jones met with Veterans and seniors to discuss needs at the facility.

Rep. Jones presented each Veteran with a certificate of recognition from the SC House of Representatives and a flag that had been previously flown over the South Carolina State House.
