Conservus Realty Announces Grand Opening and New Hires
July 10, 2015GREENVILLE, SC – Conservus Realty is excited to announce the grand opening of their Discovery Center in downtown Greenville and welcome the new Luxury Home Specialists who make up the Conservus Realty Team. Conservus Realty was founded in 2014 and provides concierge real estate services for clients in Greenville and the surrounding mountain and lake communities.
Located at 16 North Main Street, the Conservus Realty Discovery Center showcases the unique matchmaking service offered by Conservus. Clients can visit the Discovery Center and use the concierge bar to fill out a matchmaking survey which helps clients identify their dream home in their ideal neighborhood or community. The Conservus Realty Team works with clients from start to finish by helping them find their dream home in their preferred location, whether it is an existing home or new construction.
Debra Owensby, the Broker-in-Charge at Conservus Realty and a licensed professional REALTOR, has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, design and new home construction. She is a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina and has a passion for luxury homes and luxury living. As a former sales executive for The Cliffs Communities and a top producer of multi-million dollar homes, she brings a wealth of experience and a philosophy that buying or building a home should be fun, exciting and all about finding the perfect fit for each family.
Stan Tzouvelekas, the executive sales manager for Conservus Realty, is a native of Greenville. For more than 24 years, Stan has worked in the commercial and residential real estate industry, with 12 of those years at Ryan’s Family Steak Houses, where he acquired and disposed of real estate in 22 states. A licensed professional REALTOR, he spent more than five years at The Cliffs Communities where he was voted “player of the year for outstanding team support” and was a top seller each year. In 2009, he was the top seller at The Cliffs Communities.
Tracy Harris has over 20 years of real estate experience in residential sales, marketing new construction homes and upscale neighborhoods, as well as the sale of land and lots. She has been a licensed professional REALTOR since 1994, with an established reputation for integrity, attention to detail and results. Bringing abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to the table, clients can count on a smooth and easy going transaction.
Kathy Beckham, a licensed professional REALTOR, is leveraging her 15 years as a sales consultant for MK and 13 years as a purchasing agent for Honeywell International Capital Construction Group into helping clients realize their dream home. Her experience in the home building process includes the construction of five homes in Ohio, New Jersey and now Greenville with the Cottage Group of Dillard-Jones. These projects have given her an insightful perspective with current buyers in new home construction.
JoAnn Roser is a REALTOR who serves the realty needs of all Upstate South Carolina areas, especially the mountains and the foothills, as well as downtown Greenville and its idyllic suburbs. In addition, through her husband’s work with area developers in the last 12 years, she has developed a network of builders, designers, landscape companies and other segments of the chain of home building, building suppliers and builder referrals, all adding to her effectiveness as an executive REALTOR in Upstate South Carolina.

Larry Torrence has enjoyed a 45 year career in the real estate development, marketing and sales industry. Working primarily in the golf club and community sector, he has worked with projects in Cashiers, Highlands, Pinehurst and Sanford, North Carolina; Atlanta, Greensboro and Hartwell, Georgia; and Daufuskie and Spring Islands in South Carolina. A licensed professional REALTOR, Larry truly enjoys working with people, especially relocating Baby Boomers to this wonderful part of the Southeast.
Tina Furmanek, executive administrator and sales assistant for Conservus Realty, grew up in northern Rhode Island where she began her career in hospitality and event management. In 2005 she and her husband decided to move to Greenville. From 2005-2013 Tina worked at The Cliffs Communities planning events and overseeing hospitality operations for the clubhouses. After working at The Cliffs Communities for eight years, Tina worked at CertusBank as a marketing and event specialist.
