Crystal Baker promoted to the position of Research Coordinator at Colliers International | South Carolina

Crystal Baker has been promoted to the position of Research Coordinator at Colliers International | South Carolina after serving for 12 years as an Executive Assistant in the company’s brokerage division. In her new role, Crystal is responsible for collecting market data and writing market reports for the office, retail, industrial and other segments of the commercial real estate markets statewide. She will also be involved in on-demand research projects for Colliers’ brokers and clients as well as assisting with various consulting assignments.
Crystal has been an integral part of the Columbia leasing and office brokerage teams. In her career, she has reviewed and prepared over 2,500 leases, prepared lease abstracts and created marketing materials for the office brokerage team. She also managed the company’s conversion to CoStar Brokerage Applications (Reapplications) in 2012.
Crystal is a graduate of The Ohio State University and was awarded the Colliers | South Carolina President’s Award in 2012, an acknowledgement that recognizes one member of the Colliers or LCK staffs who has excelled in their role at the company and made meaningful contributions to the broader organization in South Carolina.
