• J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. leased 30,684 square feet of industrial space at 211 Farmington Rd. in Summerville, SC.  Mark Erickson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
• Salient CRGT, Inc. leased 2,145 square feet of office space at 2420 Mall Dr. in North Charleston, SC.  Mark Erickson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
