Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 101 Park Place Court in Grenville, South Carolina.
Tri-Lift purchased the 15,000 square foot industrial property situated on 1.5 acres from a private seller for $865,000 to expand their footprint in the Carolinas and to continue to meet customer demands.
