Columbia’s office market is currently experiencing an influx of interest from tenants and investors making this property on the Devine Street corridor very desirable. While rental rates are at record-high levels and continue to increase, occupancy is also high and options for quality space are limited. Suburban submarkets, specifically those close to the CBD, are welcoming robust activity as some tenants look for lower occupancy costs and greater parking availability, all of which the 2414 – 2418 Devine property offers.

Waites, a Vice President with Colliers International South Carolina, is the Director of the Commercial Brokerage Team. Tapp is a Senior Brokerage Associate whose expertise is in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and retail properties. Taylor, a Brokerage Associate, is a member of the Commercial Brokerage Team with Waites, focusing on the sale and leasing of commercial land and properties. Wolfe is a Brokerage Associate who specializes in the sale, leasing and development consultation of office and retail properties throughout South Carolina.
