Drum Creative promotes Plourde to COO

Having been involved with marketing and communications for over 20 years, Plourde will oversee all operational activities for the agency, identifying and leveraging resources to increase productivity while tending to client satisfaction and Drum Creative company culture.
As COO, Bruce will provide agency-wide leadership, strengthen internal processes, and drive culture development, management and vision while moving Drum Creative toward growth-focused strategies.
