Early Voting in South Carolina Begins October 21

October 16, 2024

Voters across South Carolina will have the opportunity to cast their ballots early starting Monday, October 21, with early voting centers available statewide, including in Laurens County. South Carolina voters can visit their nearest early voting center to cast their vote before Election Day.

In Laurens County, the early voting center is located at 105 Bolt Drive, Laurens, and will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day from October 21 through Saturday, November 2. The center will be closed on Sunday, October 27.

To vote, individuals must present a valid Photo ID and will use the same voting system they would at their regular polling location on Election Day. Early voting is a convenient option for those who may not be able to vote on November 5 or prefer to avoid long lines.

South Carolina voters are encouraged to take advantage of this early voting period to ensure their voices are heard. For more information on early voting locations and procedures, contact your local election authority or the South Carolina Election Commission.
