Elliott B. Daniels Joins Murphy & Grantland, P.A.

COLUMBIA, SC – Murphy & Grantland, P.A. is pleased to announce Elliott B. Daniels has joined our office as an associate. Daniels concentrates his legal practice in the areas of insurance defense, medical and professional malpractice defense, trucking and automobile defense, and premises liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniels served as a law clerk for two terms with an appellate office at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, and as a law clerk for several nonprofit human rights organizations, both in Washington D.C. and abroad. He also is a member of the S.C. Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Task Force.
Daniels attended The George Washington University, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in 2008 and juris doctor degree in 2013. While in law school, he was a recipient of The George Washington University Law School Snyder Scholarship and The Carsten Family Fund Scholarship.
He also studied law at Oxford University, New College, in a summer program, and he practiced as a student attorney on the International Human Rights Clinic at The George Washington University Law School.
Elliott and his wife, Amber, are both natives of Beaufort County.
