Elliott Davis Decosimo ranked fourth in the large company category (250 employees or more) and was acknowledged at the eleventh annual awards banquet held in Columbia, S.C. This multi-year program involves a partnership between the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and SC BIZ.

Entrants are assessed through a two-part process, which includes an employer benefits and policies questionnaire, as well as an employee engagement and satisfaction survey.
