Employers Benefit From New 2009 South Carolina Employment & Labor Law Guide
August 14, 2009COLUMBIA, SC – August 12, 2009 – Several attorneys from the national labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP contributed to the 2009 South Carolina Employment and Labor Law Resource Guide: A Business Guide to South Carolina and Federal Laws published by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. The manual covers everything from the employment relationship through workers’ compensation. As with previous editions, the guide is written in plain English. Chapter topics include Hiring, Discrimination, USERRA, Privacy in the Workplace, Safety in the Workplace and Performance Reviews.
