COLUMBIA, SC – ERA Wilder Realty has recently designated Stuart Reynolds as the new Broker in Charge (BIC) of the Irmo office.  In his leadership role, Stuart will provide knowledge and opportunities to train and serve others.

Reynolds worked in real estate law firms and title companies for many years, performing every task necessary to facilitate a real estate closing. It was there that he gained a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions and the closing process. “I am very proud to be a South Carolinian and I love living in our capital city of Columbia,” says Reynolds.  “I love what I do and I get excited working with buyers and sellers to help them realize their goals and dreams.”

Stuart has served as BIC in the past and also sits on the Board of Directors for the Central Carolina Association of Realtors, currently serving as Secretary for that board. Over the years Stuart has worn many hats in the real estate industry, giving him a well-rounded view of the inner workings of real estate transactions and the impact that the realization of home ownership can have on peoples’ lives.
