Experienced Chapin native joins ERA Wilder Realty Chapin office ranks

ERA Wilder Realty Chapin recently announced the addition of Michelle Nalley to its team of real estate sales professionals serving consumers in the Columbia area.

Nalley has been a full-time agent since 2006. Prior to becoming a realtor, she spent 15 years in the mortgage lending industry from originating to underwriting on both the retail and wholesale sides. Her residential mortgage lending experience has been incredibly valuable in helping her clients navigate their mortgage options through the entire process. Her approach is direct and successful: she listens to her client’s needs, matches them to the right property, and assures an honest and efficient transaction.  Nalley is a Chapin native who defines herself as a full-time Realtor, part time foodie, mediocre gardener, free time socializer and college football fanatic.
