Faber Pointe Office Building on the Rise

CHARLESTON, SC – May 21, 2012 – Holder Properties is announces the
start of construction on Faber Pointe, a four story, 75,000 square foot,
Class ‘A’ office building to be located in Charleston’s largest office park
- The Executive Park at Faber Place.  

The building will utilize the 5 acre
entrance to the Executive Park at the corner of Leeds Avenue and Faber Place
Drive, well located off of I-526.  The project, which broke ground at the
end of March 2012, will be ready for new tenants by the end of the year.

Designed by Warner Summers, Faber Pointe’s precast concrete and glass
exterior will be an attractive and fitting addition to the office park.
Large floor plates accommodate flexible layouts and expansion requirements
up to 19,000 square feet on a single floor.

Integra Construction Company is
the general contractor.Upon the building’s completion, Holder Properties will have developed four
office buildings in Charleston totaling more than 350,000 square feet of
space.  Faber Pointe will be the third office development for Holder
Properties in the Executive Park at Faber Place following Ashley Overlook
and Faber Centre.

Holder Properties also developed 25 Calhoun, an office
building in downtown Charleston.
