Fair becomes the ninth Morton & Gettys attorney to hold multi-state licenses

ROCK HILL, SC – Morton & Gettys attorney Henry Fair has been sworn into the Florida Bar, making him the ninth lawyer at the firm to hold licenses to practice in multiple states.
A South Carolina School of Law graduate, Fair earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida. He is part of the Morton & Gettys Commercial Real Estate and Business and Corporate Law Teams.
All told, more than half of the firm’s lawyers are licensed in multiple states, an advantage for clients with business or personal matters outside of South Carolina. A majority of the firm’s corporate law attorneys also hold multi-state licenses. This allows the team to guide clients from start to finish on multi-state projects.
