Film production company leases ±14,834 SF of production space near Charleston

NAI Charleston announced that Fourth Wall Films, Inc. leased ±14,834 square feet (SF) of flex space at 1007 Bankton Circle in Hanahan, South Carolina for a movie currently in production. NAI Charleston’s Broker/Industrial Specialist, Shep Benjamin, MRED, represented the tenant, while Broker/Partner Dexter Rumsey and Broker-in-Charge/Partner Thomas Boulware, CCIM, represented landlord, Bankton Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.
