First Time Home Buyers Seminar

CHAPIN, SC – August 27, 2009 – ERA Wilder Realty agents Debbie Erdman, Jessica Redmond, and Candace Perry are hosting a 1^st Time Home Buyers Seminar Saturday, August 29^th  from 9:30am – 11am at Crooked Creek Park in Chapin.

This seminar will give interested first time home buyers an opportunity to learn more about the home buying process and will be able to ask questions in an obligation free environment.

Industry professionals will also be on hand to discuss how to qualify for this program, how to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit program, tax implications and the loan qualifying process.
