Five parcel assemblage sold at King and Line Streets

NAI Charleston announced that Jack Owens, CCIM assisted in facilitating the transaction of a five-parcel assemblage at King and Line Streets. The land will be redeveloped as a new King Street hotel consisting of 27 suites and commercial space. The assemblage sold for $4,750,000.
Jack represented the seller, The Twisted Bubble, LLC, who he first represented in 2015 when they originally purchased the property.
