Flock and Rally welcomes Halleigh Carlson as Integrated Media Buyer

Flock and Rally, a full-service communications and marketing agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, welcomes Halleigh Carlson to the advertising department as the agency’s integrated media buyer.

Carlson is an advertising professional who specializes in executing integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels. As the team’s integrated media buyer, she optimizes paid social media and search campaigns, manages media buys, provides media recommendations, creates tracking reports, manages budgets and builds vendor relationships.

Carlson supports a portfolio of Flock and Rally’s advertising clients, including Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, the Columbia Metropolitan Airport, LTC Hospitality, South Carolina State Fair, South Carolina Department of Mental Health, South Carolina State Museum, Welvista and more.

Carlson comes to Flock and Rally from Wier / Stewart, a full-service creative agency based in Augusta, Ga., where she served as an integrated media specialist. Prior to that position, she served in the United States Navy as a Persian-Farsi linguist. Carlson is currently serving as the membership chair on the board for AAF Midlands, the local chapter of the American Advertising Federation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in digital audiences from Arizona State University.
